We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The version displayed at checkout will apply to your order.
2. Products & Availability
We sell Pick & Mix sweets, gift bags, and related products.
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary.
Availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.
3. Ingredients & Allergen Disclaimer
While we take great care in handling our stock, we cannot guarantee that allergens will be completely separated due to the nature of our processes.
Ingredient and allergen information will be included in every order via a printed slip. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.
Our sweets are labelled as:
Ve (Yellow): Suitable for Vegetarians
V (Green): Suitable for Vegans
GF (Red): Gluten-Free
Halal: Halal Certified

4. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT (where relevant).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout system.
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance until dispatched.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once orders have left our premises.
Delivery costs will be displayed clearly before you complete payment.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods such as food.

SugarBliss is not liable for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or damages arising from the consumption of our products, particularly if allergens were not disclosed to us prior to ordering.
We are not responsible for losses caused by courier delays or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).
